Since it is a high-speed boat, it is not suitable for people with back ailments or pregnant women. In addition, we do not have wheelchair access at this time so the boat is not suitable for individuals in wheelchairs.
Here are some of the things you should bring on your tour:
Good footwear (no high heels, flipflops, or sandals)
Warm clothing
Waterproof clothing
Camera and binoculars (optional)
We provide life jackets and can offer some waterproof clothing in very wet weather.
Additionally, we recommend you leave bags at home as there is nowhere to store
them at the harbour or on the boat.
Since the boat only sits 12 people, the tours generally fill up fast. Therefore, we recommend you book in advance via our website, especially if you are booking a group tour.
The tours going ahead will be subject to weather. Therefore, they may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions. If a tour is cancelled due to this, everyone will be refunded. We monitor the weather forecast to try give as much notice as possible, however, there are times it could be a same day cancellation. If the weather is not too severe, we can take alternative routes that offer more shelter but the same volume of attractions and material. The main things that affect the tours are wind and sea fog.
Yes, we have group packages available. For more information, please contact us. To visit Portrush, a group is preferred. If it is just 1 person, the fee starts at 50 euro as we are moving the boat out of scheduled times and it is not viable for us. Therefore, we recommend you come with a group of at least six people.
Pets are not allowed on the boat. This is because the boat is not large enough to facilitate pets. The only dogs that will be permitted are guide dogs and special needs dogs.
